2012 Six Nations Championship

The thirteenth 6 Nations Championship kicks off on Saturday 4th February when France take on Italy at the Stade de France in Paris. The competition will run over 5 weekends with the last round of fixtures taking place on the 17th March 2012. For a complete 2012 Six Nations timetable and latest results click here

 

2011/2012 Heineken Cup

The 17th season of the European Rugby Union club competition kicks off in November 2011. Twenty four clubs from across Europe will compete in six pools of four, with eight clubs qualifying for the quarter finals. The final takes place at Twickenham in May 2012. 2011 Rugby League Four Nations tournament

The 2011 Rugby League Four Nations tournament was the fourth played in the current four nation format. The tournament was hosted in England where the host nation competed against Australia, New Zealand and qualifiers Wales. The tournament got underway on October 28th 2011 when Australia faced New Zealand in Warrington. For all 2011 Four Nations results click here

2011 Tri Nations series

The 2011 Tri-Nations Series between Australia, New Zealand and South Africa was a shortened competition this time around due to the Rugby World Cup. The three competing nations played each other twice instead of three times. The tournament got underway on July 23rd in Sydney where Australia faced South Africa. This could be the last time the Tri-Nations is played under its current format with Argentina expected to join the competition next time. For all 2011 Tri Nations results click here

 

2011 Rugby World Cup - New Zealand

 

The 2011 Rugby Union World Cup was staged in New Zealand and kicked off on 9th September 2011. Twenty nations battled it out for the Webb Ellis Cup and it was hosts New Zealand who won the honour of being the seventh winner of the competition. Thirteen venues hosted the games over seven weeks with the final taking place at Eden Park, Auckland on the 23rd October 2011. For a full 2011 World Cup timetable and all the results click here
